But currently you are stuck in an unhealthy relationship with food, not accepting your body and blaming yourself.
Which makes your life look something like this:
You wake up every morning with the weight of yesterday’s binge eating on your mind. You stand in front of the mirror, criticizing your body, wishing you could be thinner, more “perfect.”
You think about food 24/7. It’s a constant, exhausting battle between periods of strict dieting and episodes of emotional eating, guilt, and shame. You avoid social events, worrying about food and comparing yourself to others.
Your relationship with food and your body has become a never-ending roller coaster of highs and lows, leaving you feeling trapped, disconnected, and longing for something more. Even though you feel trapped, there is a way out.
I totally understand that taking the first step can feel intimidating. It’s not easy to get out of your comfort zone, but it’s definitely worth it, that’s exactly where growth and change happen!
How does it work?
A free discovery call is a bridge between where you are now and taking the first step. During the call, you will have a chance to ask me anything you like, about the process or me. We can get to know each other a bit better and see if we ‘click’. Together, we will talk about the best way to give you the support you need. The call will last up to 50 minutes, no strings attached.

Meetings take place online in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere.
Our work together is mostly about working through your mindset around food and your body. It’s a deeper kind of work that will get to the root cause of your problems. As a psychologist, I do a bit of ‘and how does that make you feel’ but all still in a relaxed and friendly way. The change which will happen in your mind, will then resonate and you will notice a change in your behaviour and life.
We will focus on setting achievable goals. I might give you some tasks or things to do between our meetings to support your healing process.

I do not provide meal plans. The goal is to learn how to listen to your body and find food freedom without any restrictions.
